Solicitors often instruct BNH Associate to help them obtain evidence for use in personal injury claims. Our representatives attend the scenes of accidents, where people have slipped or tripped for example, and gather all of the information available at the incident site.

BNH Associates also participate in joint site inspections with representatives from the opposite party. For example, if BNH Associates are acting on behalf of the claimant solicitor, the designated agent will attend a joint site inspection with the defendant solicitor and or their representatives or clients.

The agent who has attended the site may also prepare a full locus report and photographic evidence from their site visit for use in the courtroom or for disproving false insurance claims. This can often be a very involved process which is extremely time consuming and detailed. BNH Associates take the strain of evidence gathering, and due to their experience in the site inspection process, can complete the evidence gathering process in an efficient and timely manner.
