BNH Associates offer specialist surveillance services for financial organisations and insurers. Our surveillance services are employed by organisations for a variety of reasons, although we mainly work to try and establish the whereabouts of an individual or to obtain evidence relating to insurance claims made by an individual.
The BNH team of trained surveillance operatives are often instructed to obtain evidence where insurance companies suspect people of making false claims. For example, BNH can be instructed to obtain photographic, video and other forms of evidence to disprove a claimant's claim for a serious or disabling personal injury.
The surveillance process can take many forms and will vary depending on each particular case. The surveillance may be necessarily covert, involving observing and recording the whereabouts and movements of an individual or group of individuals. Where necessary, the surveillance of an individual may require obtaining verbal evidence, from the person themselves or from witnesses to an individual's activities.
BNH Associates only undertake professional and ethical surveillance assignments. Each member of the BNH team undergoes a full training programme before undertaking any surveillance activity and all of our operatives are therefore discreet and reliable throughout the course of a surveillance operation.
Our surveillance service can be employed as a stand alone service to simply trace the whereabouts of an individual or obtain a particular piece of evidence, or alternatively our surveillance services may be required as part of a wider evidence gathering operation.
