You need to have a flexible outlook as there is a requirement for some evening and weekend work, the role is not suitable for those who are already in full time employment. You are required to have a smart, professional appearance and be meticulous in the quality of your work and in maintaining your diary of appointments.

Good IT skills and use of a digital camera are prerequisite. You will be required to have public liability insurance and to be registered with The Information Commissioner’s Office.

BNH is proud of the reputation it has within the industry in respect of the quality of their agents. All prospective agents will be provided with a Training Manual and be required to pass an on-line exam together with variety of practical tests.
